About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Senior HR Generalist
to join our team and lead the full HR cycle. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, you will play a vital role in building a strong and engaged workforce that supports our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee the full recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.


• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR support.


• Lead performance management cycles and training initiatives.


• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws.


• Maintain HR documentation and employee records.


• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.


• Partner with department heads on workforce planning and development.


• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or senior role.


• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.


• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.


• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
