Role Overview

As a
Backend Developer
at
Trego Tech
, you'll be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our backend systems using

. You'll focus on creating scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs that power our products.

Success in this role means collaborating closely with front-end developers, improving architecture for growth, and ensuring our services are fast, reliable, and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain server-side applications using

    to support the platform's core functionality.
  • Develop, optimize, and document
    RESTful APIs
    for seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party services.
  • Ensure maximum
    performance, scalability, and security
    of backend services under varying load conditions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend logic to improve reliability and speed.
  • Maintain high code quality through
    code reviews, testing, and documentation
    , following best practices and clean architecture principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in backend development using

    (TypeScript).
  • 0-2 Years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of
    RESTful API architecture
    , authentication, and data validation.
  • Experience with
    Postman
    or similar tools for testing and documenting APIs.
  • Solid understanding of
    SQL and NoSQL
    database design and management.
  • Experience with
    Git
    and version control workflows.
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Vercel, or similar) and
    containerization tools
    (Docker) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
