Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager. The role is located in Markaz New Sohag, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, setting strategic goals, and ensuring the branch meets its financial targets. Additionally, the Branch Manager will handle customer relations, develop business plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of real estate investment and related laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
