لوصف العام:

مدير الفرع هو المسؤول عن إدارة وتشغيل الفرع وضمان تحقيق الأهداف البيعية والتشغيلية والخدمية. يتولى الإشراف على الموظفين، ومتابعة أداء الفرع، وتحسين جودة الخدمة المقدمة للعملاء، مع الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

* الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للفرع وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.

* وضع الخطط لتحقيق الأهداف البيعية والتسويقية.

* إدارة فريق العمل وتوجيههم وتقييم أدائهم بشكل دوري.

* متابعة رضا العملاء وحل المشكلات أو الشكاوى بشكل فعّال.

* مراقبة المخزون والمبيعات والمصروفات ضمن حدود الميزانية.

* إعداد التقارير الدورية ورفعها للإدارة العليا.

* ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات التنظيمية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.

**المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:**

* درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.

* خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في إدارة الفروع أو المبيعات.

* مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية.

* إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي.

* مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
