About Us

As part of our growth and dedication to excellence, we are seeking a results-driven and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Operations in monitoring and coordinating daily branch activities.
  • Follow up on branch performance reports, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure implementation of company operating standards in service, hygiene, and display.
  • Communicate operational updates, maintenance requests, and supply needs between branches and head office.
  • Support staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage coordination.
  • Conduct branch visits to observe operations and prepare summary reports.
  • Follow up on corrective actions related to audit findings or management directives.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of supplies and packaging.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues requiring management attention.
  • Assist in preparing performance summaries, operational dashboards, and meeting notes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for branch communications and reports.
  • Support new branch openings with setup coordination and operational readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in retail, F&B, or operations coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure.
  • Based in Cairo, with flexibility to visit branches when required.
