Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Graphic Web Designer based in El Maadi, Carrefure Street. As a Senior Graphic Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful designs that encompass a variety of disciplines, including web graphics, branding materials, and creative visuals. Day-to-day tasks include designing and refining graphic elements, developing unique logos, crafting branding concepts, and exploring innovative typography styles. Collaboration with the broader design and marketing team will be essential to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Corporate Identity (CI)

• Lead Design Strategy:
  Conceptualize and execute complete brand identities from scratch, including logo design, typography systems, and color palettes.
• Brand Guardianship:
  Create comprehensive Brand Guidelines (CI Manuals) and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

• Rebranding:
  Breathe new life into existing brands, modernizing visual languages while retaining brand equity.

• Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Campaign Creative: Design high-impact visuals for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) that align with current trends.

• Marketing Collateral: Create engaging assets for email marketing, display ads, and pitch decks.

3. Print Design

• Complex Layouts:
  Masterfully design high-volume catalogs, company profiles, and brochures with a keen eye for typography, grid systems, and hierarchy.
• Print Production:
  Manage the pre-press process, ensuring files are print-ready (bleeds, crops, CMYK) and liaising with printers regarding paper stocks and finishes.

4. Web Design & UX/UI

• User-Centric Design:
  Design responsive websites and landing pages that balance aesthetic beauty with functional UX.
• Prototyping:
  Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes (using Figma or Adobe XD) for developer hand-off.
• UI Design:
  Design interface elements (buttons, icons, sliders) that enhance the user journey and drive conversions.

The "Must-Haves" (Requirements)

• Ex-Agency Experience:
  You
  must
  have at least 4+ years of experience working within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency. You are comfortable tracking time, pitching ideas to clients, and meeting tight deadlines.

• Software Mastery:

• Adobe Creative Cloud:
  Expert-level proficiency in
  InDesign
  (essential for catalogs),
  Illustrator
  (essential for logos), and
  Photoshop
  .
• UI/UX Tools:
  Proficiency in
  Figma
  or Adobe XD.

• Portfolio:
  A strong portfolio demonstrating:

• Web UI/UX projects (links to live sites or prototypes preferred).

• Typography:
  An obsession with kerning, leading, and font pairing.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Motion graphics/animation skills (After Effects / CapCut / Premier ).
