We're Hiring — Senior Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Shift Twice is growing, and we're looking for a
highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX experience
to join our team.

and

What You Will Do

  • Create high-quality visuals for
    branding, social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
    .
  • Lead the creation and development of
    brand identity systems
    and visual guidelines.
  • Design
    web and mobile interfaces
    with clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Work on UI components, layouts, and responsive designs that enhance user experience.
  • Transform briefs into strong creative concepts and design directions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and content teams.
  • Ensure all visuals meet branding standards and deliver a seamless digital experience.
  • Review and guide junior designers to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Stay updated with
    UI/UX trends, design systems, and new design technologies
    .


Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    Graphic Design
    , including hands-on UI/UX experience.
  • Strong portfolio covering
    branding, social media visuals, and UI/UX screens
    (web & mobile).
  • Expert in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign)
    and
    Figma
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    visual hierarchy, UI patterns, layout, typography, and color theory
    .
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows confidently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead projects independently.


Nice to Have

  • Basic
    motion graphics
    or animation skills.
  • Experience working with developers during implementation.
  • Familiarity with
    AI design tools
    (Figma AI, Firefly, Midjourney).
