Amjad Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a talented
Senior Graphic Designer
to join our creative team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Zahraa Maadi. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs for a variety of digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest design standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to create visually engaging content for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Develop creative assets including banners, infographics, logos, videos, social media visuals, and other marketing collateral.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure Amjad's creative output remains innovative and on-trend.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design elements, adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, ensuring the team maintains high design standards.
  • Work closely with project managers to manage design workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Provide design solutions that align with marketing objectives and enhance user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in web design and UX/UI design principles.
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
