Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Human Resources. The VP of Human Resources will spearhead the overall strategic direction of the HR function, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing employee benefits. Additionally, the role involves managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and driving initiatives that align HR goals with company objectives. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) leadership and management
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing HR Policies and managing HR compliance
  • Recruitment experience of at least 5 years is a must
  • Experience in Employee Relations and creating an inclusive workplace culture
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and optimization
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proven strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
  • Technology background is a plus
  • English native language is a must/foreigners and expats in Egypt is a plus.

Maximum pay rate is $40,000/Year on remote setting and $50,000/Year on on-site setting.
