Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating HR operations, assisting in training and development programs, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role will also involve fostering effective communication among employees and management and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general knowledge of Human Resources practices
  • Experience in Training & Development to support employee growth and organizational learning
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively
  • Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with applicable labor laws and compliance regulations is preferred
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment
