Senior Front-End Developer
to join

: One Khattameya- Cairo - Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in the design and development of front-end software for web applications.
  • Make architectural and technical decisions regarding front-end frameworks, performance, and reusable components.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high standards of software quality.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of front-end developers.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional growth within the team.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver robust software solutions.
  • Translate product requirements into technical tasks and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
  • Implement automated testing for front-end components.
  • Monitor application performance and optimize user experience.
  • Maintain high coding standards and best practices across the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality web applications.

Technical Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Angular
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, including advanced typing, generics etc.
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive design, accessibility standards
  • Experience designing component-driven architecture and reusable UI libraries
  • Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and integration patterns
  • Solid understanding of microservices ecosystems and front-end integration with REST APIs
  • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of front-end security best practices (OWASP, XSS, CSRF, content sanitization)
  • Expertise in performance optimization (lazy loading, caching, AOT, bundle optimization)
  • Ability to define and enforce front-end coding standards and best practices
  • Proven experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers
  • Strong ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend teams, QA, and DevOps
  • Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
