Senior Front-End Developer / Redux / Ant Design)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join a well-established software house that has been successfully delivering digital solutions since 2016. With branches in Austria, UAE, and Egypt, the company is expanding its team to build large-scale web and mobile applications for a fast-growing service provider platform operating in the GCC region.

You will be working on both the consumer and service provider sides of the application, in addition to feature-rich admin dashboards. The platform includes mobile and web applications that connect users with a wide range of service providers (home cleaning, catering, maintenance, and more).

Responsibilities:


• Develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable front-end applications using , Redux, and Ant Design.


• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, maintainable, and performant code.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Back-end, Mobile, QA, Product Management).


• Optimize applications for maximum performance, user experience, and accessibility.


• Lead and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices.


• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and decision-making.


• Drive improvements in code quality, structure, and development processes.

Requirements:


• 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.


• Strong expertise in , Redux, Ant Design, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).


• Deep understanding of REST APIs integration, state management, and component lifecycle.


• Experience with responsive designs, dashboards, and complex UI systems.


• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and TypeScript.


• Experience with performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.


• Understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.


• Strong problem-solving mindset, communication skills, and ability to work in dynamic environments.

• Experience with mobile-related front-end frameworks (React Native is a plus).


• Experience working on service-based or marketplace platforms.


• Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
