Position Overview:

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will:

● Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex web applications

● Develop and maintain comprehensive component libraries and design system documentation

● Drive code quality through rigorous reviews, testing strategies, and performance optimization

● Implement advanced React patterns including hooks, Context API, and functional programming principles

● Optimize application performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, and efficient bundle management Collaboration & Team Development

● Partner with UX/UI designers to transform design specifications into production-ready components

● Collaborate with backend engineers to define robust API contracts and data structures

● Mentor team members through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions

● Contribute to architectural decisions and technology evaluation processes

Required Qualifications Professional Experience:

● 5+ years of professional frontend development experience

● 2+ years in senior-level positions with demonstrated leadership responsibilities

● Proven track record of delivering production-grade React applications at scale

● Extensive experience with Chakra UI or comparable component libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design)

● Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries

Technical Expertise Core Technologies:

● Expert-level proficiency in , JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

● Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS methodologies

● Deep understanding of React hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle management

State Management & Data:

● Strong experience with state management solutions: Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Jotai

● Proficiency with data fetching libraries: React Query (TanStack Query), SWR, or Axios

● Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling Forms, Validation & Testing:
