Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Supervisor located in Alexandria, Egypt. The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, leading accident investigations, performing on-site inspections, providing safety training, and maintaining documentation to support regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Health & Safety practices and knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Occupational Health and Accident Investigation to identify risks and improve workplace safety.
  • Experience in conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage safety programs and initiatives effectively.
  • Relevant certifications in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent, are highly desirable.
  • Experience in the transportation or heavy equipment industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train team members on safety protocols.


• Must hold a degree in Agriculture, Science, or Engineering (a core requirement for this position).
