Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales (Educational Advisor) located in Giza. The Educational Advisor will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing them with information about educational programs, and assisting them in making informed decisions. Other day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, following up with potential students, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of student interactions and contributing to the overall sales goals.
Qualifications
- Educational Consulting and Education skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Consulting experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or educational advisory role is a plus
