Role Overview

The
Finance Director
will oversee all financial planning, reporting, and strategy for HH's restaurant operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the
F&B and hospitality industry
, with hands-on experience managing multi-branch operations, cost control, and profitability optimization.

The ideal candidate combines financial leadership with a practical approach to operations — able to provide strategic insights while ensuring daily accuracy and compliance across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all
    financial operations
    , including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement
    financial strategies
    aligned with business growth and profitability targets.
  • Manage
    cash flow, working capital
    , and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
  • Supervise monthly and annual
    closing processes
    , ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Monitor
    cost control and inventory systems
    , ensuring maximum efficiency across restaurant branches.
  • Prepare
    P&L statements
    , analyze performance per outlet, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support operational managers with
    financial analysis
    and decision-making insights.
  • Ensure full
    compliance with Egyptian tax regulations
    , financial laws, and internal policies.
  • Manage and coordinate with
    external auditors, banks, and suppliers
    as needed.
  • Build and mentor a strong internal
    finance team
    , fostering accountability and accuracy.
  • Contribute to
    strategic planning
    , expansion feasibility studies, and investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
    (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum
    8–10 years of experience
    , preferably in
    hospitality, F&B, or multi-branch operations
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    restaurant financial structures, cost of goods, payroll, and inventory management
    .
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Excel
    and accounting systems.
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (written and spoken).
