Financial Director
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate
Sector, located in Moqattam, Egypt.

Role Description

  • Lead and oversee the company's
    financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
    processes.
  • Develop and implement
    financial strategies and policies
    aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and control all
    accounting, treasury, and cost functions
    , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise the preparation of
    monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with
    Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance.
  • MBA holder is a MUST
  • From
    10
    to
    15
    years
    of experience in
    finance
    , including at
    least
    5 years
    in a senior financial leadership role
    within
    a
    PropTech
    ,
    digital
    marketplace
    , or
    online
    real
    estate
    company
    (
    MUST
    ).
  • Proven experience managing
    cash flow, budgeting, and investment analysis.
  • Deep understanding of
    Egyptian taxation, financial reporting standards, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in
    ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Moqattam or nearby residences are preferred.
