Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on Finance and Administration Director to build and lead the financial and operational backbone of our company. You will be more than a manager; you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing the financial insight and administrative rigor needed to scale our operations. You will own the full finance function, from day-to-day accounting to high-level strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing budgets, forecasts, and short-term financial plans
  • Managing all accounting activities and ensuring timely financial reporting.
  • Monitoring actuals vs. budget, variance analysis and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure books are maintained properly (ledgers, payables, receivables, and fixed assets).
  • Preparing financial statements in accordance with Egyptian accounting standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with Egyptian tax laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Managing cash flow and banking relations.
  • Managing administrative functions and office operations.
  • Building, leading, and mentoring the finance and administration team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce, From 10 to 15 years' experience
  • At least 3 years in managerial level
  • Finance, Budgeting, and Accounting skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Experience in developing financial strategies and managing financial planning processes
