Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a
dedicated
Occupational Nurse
to join our
Health & Safety
team. In this role, you will be responsible for
managing and supporting the on-site health and wellbeing of our employees
in full compliance with
Egyptian Labor Law 14/2025 (Articles 269 & 270)
. This critical role ensures timely medical support, robust preventive healthcare, and a safe, healthy working environment for all staff.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Provide
    immediate first aid, emergency care, and maintain a well-stocked on-site clinic, ensuring the availability of necessary medical supplies and prescribed medicines.
  • Ensure
    compliance with Egyptian Labor Law 14/2025 by conducting employee health checks, coordinating periodic medical examinations with the General Health Insurance Authority, and supporting the early detection of occupational diseases.
  • Promote
    a culture of health and safety by training employees on essential occupational health practices, leading Health & Safety campaigns, and maintaining confidential and accurate medical records for reporting to management.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3
    years of professional nursing experience, preferably within an occupational or industrial health environment.
  • Strong knowledge
    of Egyptian Labor Law 14/2025 requirements related to workplace medical coverage and facility nursing service provision.
  • Proven ability
    in maintaining strict confidentiality, effectively communicating across all levels of staff and external contractors, and responding to medical emergencies.
  • Active Licensed Nurse certification
    by the Ministry of Health in Egypt.
