Cisco is looking for an experienced Salesforce Software Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Component (LWC) development to work remotely from Egypt as part of the Cisco US team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications and integrating them with enterprise systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.

Salesforce Development & Customization (Primary)

  • Develop and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows, and APIs to extend platform functionality.
  • Design and implement custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to optimize business operations.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and External Data Sources.
  • Leverage Salesforce Agentforce / AI tools to enhance automation and intelligence capabilities.

Technical Design & Architecture

  • Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.
  • Optimize Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript performance for handling large data volumes.

Agile Development & Collaboration

  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrumenvironment.
  • Use JIRA to manage development tasks, track progress, and document issues.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Testing & Deployment

  • Implement unit, functional, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage deployment pipelines using Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado and GitHub.

Documentation & Communication

  • Write clear technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment using JIRA.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant) are preferred.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft, Heroku, or other middleware tools for integrations is a plus.
