Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce with other enterprise applications such as ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP), CRM, and third-party APIs
• Build API-led connectivity architectures, focusing on scalable, reusable, and well- documented integrations
• Configure, customize, and implement MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for API management, integrations, and data transformation
• Manage real-time and batch integration processes between Salesforce and external systems
• Ensure Salesforce integrations follow best practices, including security, data integrity, and performance
• Design data flow and transformation processes to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange
• Map data between Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, etc.) and other enterprise systems
• Handle complex data integration scenarios, including REST/SOAP API integrations, bulk processing, and error handling
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, and business teams to design integration architecture that aligns with business goals
• Lead technical workshops and review sessions to ensure integration designs meet functional and technical requirements
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
• Use MuleSoft tools like Anypoint Studio, API Designer, and API Manager to deploy and monitor integrations
• Ensure continuous delivery and integration of changes to live environments using CI/CD pipelines
• Document integration designs, data mappings, and any custom development performed
• Provide ongoing support for deployed MuleSoft integration solutions, including troubleshooting and optimization
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and any issues

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in developing APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Expertise in building MuleSoft flows, DataWeave, connectors, and components
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and RAML/OpenAPI specifications
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft API Manager, Runtime Manager, and other components of the Anypoint Platform
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce integrations
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models and APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
• Strong experience in integrating with third-party applications, ERP systems, databases, and other CRMs
• Proficiency with protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, JMS, FTP, and database connectivity
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, including design and consumption
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle), and data transformation techniques
• Experience with message queuing systems (JMS, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plus
• Proficient in using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio for integration development
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and cloud-based integration is a plus
• Proficient in using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio for integration development

Certifications

• MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) - Level 1
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
