Main job duties and responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current system capabilities to identify changes that need to be made and determine the impact on the business. Ensures that programming and software requirements fulfill business objectives.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new and suitable applications and understands their potential uses as they relate to the functional area supported.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, Sales, customer service, Development, customer care, and operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
  • Interact directly with business function areas, internal/external clients, managers, and end users as necessary to fully understand and define system requirements. Makes recommendations for business solutions. develop technical specifications and technical unit test plans based on these requirements.
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet projects' objectives, internal/external client requirements, and company goals.
  • Carry out system test at each stage of the project (UAT, staging, and production systems), and performs functionality tests of new and updated applications and systems to verify that desired results are achieved. evaluate results and coordinate or make modifications to improve system performance.
  • Create test plans as required.
  • Participate in application updates and upgrade projects.
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
  • Provide system administration support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of implemented solutions.

Job requirements:

Educational background and previous experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience in programming (Salesforce).

Knowledge and Functional Skills:

  • Interpersonal skills of the highest order. Proficient with Apex, SQL, and Java.
  • Business problem solving and analysis.
  • Professional appearance with a strong customer focus.
  • Enthusiastic, analytical, and structured working attitude.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction & Self-training.
  • Good Communication & Presentation skills.
