Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development & Architecture:
     Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Apply expertise in 
    Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Clean Architecture
     to create sustainable and well-structured solutions.
  • Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
     Work closely with business analysts, designers, and quality control to define requirements, provide technical insight, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Act as a technical mentor and 
    provide support and training for junior developers
    .
  • Project & Task Management:
     
    Proactively follow up on assigned tasks and dependencies with team members
     to ensure project milestones are met. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • System Improvement & Innovation:
     Review current systems, 
    present and champion ideas for system improvements
    , and lead the adoption of best practices in code quality, design patterns, and development methodologies.
  • Code Quality & Ownership:
     Write clean, readable, and easily maintainable code following 
    OOP design & principles
    . Revise and refactor existing code to improve efficiency and stability. Conduct code reviews to ensure team adherence to standards.
  • Rigorous Testing:
     
    Create and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests using a TDD approach
     where appropriate. Test your own code thoroughly before handing it to QC, minimizing defect introduction.
  • Initiative & Problem-Solving:
     Demonstrate a methodical approach to problem-solving, taking on complex challenges and proposing effective, innovative solutions. React to production issues promptly and implement robust corrections.
  • Adaptation & Support:
     Adapt programs to new requirements and upgrade existing software as needed. Set up and maintain personal and team development environments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience
     in software development with 
    C#
     and the 
    .NET/.NET Core
     framework.
  • Proven experience and a strong understanding of:
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Clean Architecture
     and Hexagonal/Onion Architecture principles
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design & principles
     (SOLID, DRY, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies/frameworks (ASP.NET MVC, Web API, angular).
  • Proficient in front-end technologies, including 
    Angular
    , 
    JavaScript
    .
  • Skill for writing reusable libraries and a knack for writing clean, readable code.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks, manage individual and team deliverables, and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
