Job Opportunity

Senior R&D

Responsibilities:

  • Lead formulation development projects for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
  • Design, execute, and oversee experimental studies according to GLP and GMP standards.
  • Develop and validate analytical methods in collaboration with QC and Regulatory departments.
  • Prepare scientific reports, technical documents, and documentation required for product registration.
  • Provide technical support to production, quality, and cross-functional teams.
  • Supervise and mentor junior R&D team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related fields
    .
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in pharmaceutical R&D.
  • Strong knowledge of formulation development, analytical techniques, and lab instrumentation (HPLC, UV, Dissolution, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and scientific writing skills.
  • Very good command of English.
