Automotive Sales Manager

Role Description:
The Automotive Sales Manager will be responsible for selling automobiles, maintaining customer satisfaction, retention, and providing customer service to clients.
Sales and Brokerage:
- Actively prospect and identify potential buyers and sellers of vehicle.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive pricing and market trends.
- Present and show cars to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales and purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final transaction, including documentation and closing.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Industry Networking:
- Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience or in a similar sales role within the Automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales consulting and customer service.
- Experience in Importing automotive.
- Experience in loans and showrooms collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to retain customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in automotive sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Trading, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
