About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT manager to join our team at Wadi El Nile Factory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments, providing technical support, and ensuring system reliability and security within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices.
  • Handle day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Oversee system updates and ensure compliance with security and compatibility requirements.
  • Maintain and administer Microsoft platforms, virtualization environments, and backup systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance performance and ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and technical support, preferably within industrial or factory environments.

Technical Expertise Required

  • Windows Server (2008R2, 2012, 2016, 2019)—mandatory certification.
  • Office 365, Exchange (2016–2019 On-Premises), SharePoint (2016–2019 On-Premises).
  • Experience with Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
  • Strong knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware ESXi virtualization platforms.
  • Experience managing SQL Server environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite) tools such as Google Sites and Google Meet.
  • Knowledge of System Center Data Protection Manager and Veeam Backup & Replication.
  • Understanding of Cisco networking technologies and holding a CCNA Routing & Switching certification.
  • Familiarity with information security technologies and Sophos XG Firewalls.
