General Maintenance Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
General Maintenance Manager
to join our team at
our factory
in El-Khattatba. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all factory equipment and machinery, implementing preventive and emergency maintenance plans in accordance with
GMP
and
HACCP
standards to achieve maximum production efficiency and maintain product quality.

The Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Factory Manager and collaborate closely with production, quality, purchasing, and safety departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous and efficient operation of all factory equipment and systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Supervise maintenance teams and ensure compliance with safety and food industry standards.
  • Participate in factory expansion or modernization projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other departments.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and breakdowns under pressure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience: 7–15 years in maintenance within industrial or food manufacturing environments.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous role as a maintenance manager in the food industry.

  • Training & Certificates:

  • Occupational Safety and Health training.

  • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Familiarity with food industry standards (GMP, HACCP).
