Responsibilities:

  • Set objectives for the presales team and oversee their performance and achievements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to key customers.
  • Deeply understand customer challenges to identify improvement areas and create new business opportunities.
  • Support Sales with pricing recommendations and market insights to maximize profitability.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best margins and enhance deal competitiveness.
  • Act as a trusted consultant by developing and reviewing RFP specifications with customers.
  • Build strong alliances with strategic suppliers to support business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Egypt and KSA in a hybrid work model.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Engineering (Communication) or Computer Science.
  • Technical training related to IT management or presales is preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT management, software, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience with one or more AIOps solutions (OpenText, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, IBM, BMC).
  • Experience in Identity & Access Management, Patch Management, or Endpoint Management is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive results.
