Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Presales Specialist. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, preparing proposals and presentations, supporting the sales team with technical expertise, and acting as a consultant to address client requirements. Key duties also include maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless presales process.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and crafting tailored solutions for client requirements
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and support their needs
• Proficiency in Consulting and Presales activities, including understanding client requirements and creating technical and business proposals
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams to achieve objectives
• Relevant experience in a presales or technical consulting role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with regional markets and industry-specific requirements is a plus
