We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage client accounts, coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensure timely delivery of high-quality work, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal marketing team.

Receive project briefs from clients and communicate them clearly to the team.

Review content calendars, designs, and deliverables before sharing with clients to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations.

Distribute tasks among the content, design, and media teams according to project needs and timelines.

Follow up on task progress and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.

Review and approve all marketing materials (content & design) before submission to clients.

Provide feedback to the team based on client comments and ensure proper revisions are made.

Support the strategic planning of campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven experience (2–4 years) as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and design basics.

Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
