Citadel Financial Advisory is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in accounting to gain valuable experience in financial auditing and ERP consultation. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for reviewing our clients' daily accounting transactions, recording weekly observations, discussing them with clients, performing accounting entries, and generating monthly profit and loss reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze clients' daily accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Record weekly observations and maintain detailed notes for each client.
  • Engage in regular discussions with clients to address any concerns or discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform accounting entries, including journal entries and general ledger postings, as necessary.
  • Generate monthly profit and loss reports based on the reviewed financial data.
  • Assist in the implementation and customization of ERP systems for clients, ensuring that the accounting processes are seamlessly integrated with the software.
  • Provide training and support to clients on ERP system usage, helping them optimize their accounting functions and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior auditors and managers to ensure the overall quality and timeliness of the auditing process.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and ERP system advancements to ensure compliance and enhance client services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems is required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
