Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets. The day-to-day tasks include managing and leading the sales team, identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize business initiatives and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical, Communications, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Proven expertise in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management
  • 5–10 years of experience in
    contracting, MEP, oil & gas, electricity, or industrial sectors
  • Leadership and team management capabilities with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge or experience in industrial battery systems, renewable energy technologies, and telecom power solutions is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in market analysis and preparing detailed sales reports
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Prior experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role is preferred
