SoHolidays Egypt

SoHolidays
is a rapidly expanding global DMC operating across Turkey, Spain, Georgia and Dubai. Our 2026 goal is to operate in
10 destinations with 10,000+ direct hotel contracts
and exceed
100,000 passengers annually
.

We are looking for a strong leader to manage and grow our
Egypt operations
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for
    all SoHolidays operations in Egypt
    : operations, contracting, finance, HR and quality.
  • Manage and lead
    direct hotel contracting
    processes including rate negotiations, allotments and agreements.
  • Oversee daily operations including:
  • Transfers, tours, guiding, airport services
  • Customer relations and crisis management
  • Overbooking / no-show / cancellation handling
  • Manage and supervise
    local office staff
    : hiring, training, scheduling and performance.
  • Conduct market analysis and develop actions to increase profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with global SoHolidays teams.
  • Ensure timely monthly financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years experience
    in tourism (DMC, incoming, hotel contracting or operations).
  • Strong knowledge of the
    Egypt destination
    (hotels, suppliers, operational structure).
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Dynamic, solution-oriented, able to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
