, is seeking an experienced and dedicated
Tour Operator

to join our
Cairo-based team

.

This position plays a vital role in managing
UAE destination operations

for both
FITs and group programs

, with a strong focus on
Spanish-speaking markets

, while also supporting other
international markets

as needed.

Based in Cairo, you'll collaborate closely with our
Dubai team

to ensure smooth coordination, top-quality service delivery, and the continued growth of our UAE operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    UAE destination operations
    for FITs and groups, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Create and manage
    customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals
    that align with market and client needs.
  • Coordinate daily operations and service execution with our
    Dubai-based team
    , maintaining efficient communication and workflow.
  • Build and maintain
    relationships with UAE suppliers
    , including hotels, transport providers, and guides.
  • Handle
    B2B communication
    with travel agencies and tour operators across multiple markets — especially Spain and Latin America, but also other key regions.
  • Monitor
    service quality
    , resolve operational issues proactively, and uphold Galaxia's service standards.
  • Contribute to
    product development and market research
    , identifying new trends, experiences, and openings within the UAE.
  • Participate in
    periodic destination familiarization visits
    (1–2 times per year) to Dubai and other Emirates to stay updated on product offerings and new developments.

Requirements

  • Degree in
    Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
    .
  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in tour operations, preferably managing UAE or Gulf destinations.
  • Solid understanding of
    UAE destination logistics, attractions, and supplier networks
    .
  • Fluency in
    English and Spanish
    (spoken and written); other languages are an asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and travel management systems.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in cross-country teams.
