Product Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist to lead the growth, profitability, and lifecycle management of our pharmaceutical product portfolios across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

This role is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded professional with a solid B2B background, a strong understanding of pharma or life sciences, and experience delivering results in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and lead the regional product portfolio strategy with a strong focus on growth and P&L performance

· Manage the full product lifecycle: from insights and innovation to market launch and portfolio optimization

· Coordinate cross-functional efforts with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, and local commercial teams

· Adapt and activate the value proposition for key customer segments across diverse markets

· Execute marketing programs aligned with customer needs and business priorities

· Support the global innovation strategy by aligning regional execution with long-term objectives

· Analyze portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations

· Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment on product and market priorities

Qualifications & Experience:

· 5–10 years of experience as a Product Specialist or Product Manager, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences

· Strong B2B experience with demonstrated success in regional or international roles

· University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field

· Proven experience in product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional leadership

· Knowledge of MEA market dynamics and regulatory environments is highly desirable

· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
