Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Sales position is located in Qesm 1st Hurghada. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include training and supporting the sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
