The group is currently working on several commercial, medical, and administrative projects primarily located in the high-growth area of 6th of October City. They are known for pioneering service-oriented commercial malls and residential complexes in Egypt.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales position located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. The Senior Sales role will also involve collaborating with management to enhance sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and mentor junior sales staff
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
