Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative located in Qesm 1st Hurghada. The role involves driving sales and managing client relationships, including identifying potential buyers, presenting property offerings, and negotiating agreements. The Senior Sales Representative will track sales activities, prepare contracts, provide exceptional customer service, and stay up to date on market trends. Collaboration with marketing and management teams to optimize strategies will also be part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Real estate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and luxury property markets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are a plus
