  • Design, develop, and oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems across school facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all mechanical equipment operates efficiently and safely.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to support new construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize disruption to school operations.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical projects.
  • Ensure all mechanical systems comply with local, national, and international safety and building codes.
  • Manage and supervise external vendors and contractors during installation, repair, or maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to improve the sustainability and efficiency of school facilities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance schedules, repairs, and system upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and training to facility staff regarding the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, maintenance, or project supervision.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or industrial systems is a plus.
