Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Engineer located in Ras Ghareb. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating production planning processes, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring the alignment of project timelines with overall goals. The role involves day-to-day engagement with project teams to monitor progress and adjust control mechanisms to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in EPC Projects (preferably wind, solar, or power transmission).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Power Query, Automation).
  • Knowledge of EVM principles, delay analysis, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in English, speaking and writing.
