Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HSE Engineer Logistics - Lifting Engineer located in Ras Ghareb. The HSE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance in logistics and lifting operations. Daily tasks include performing safety inspections, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety measures, and providing training on health and safety procedures. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of safety and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

  • Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Health skills
  • Safety Engineering skills
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years of experience
    in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in bulk lifting operations
    is
    mandatory
    .
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Willingness to work in Red Sea Governorate (Port and Site).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Safety Management, or related field preferred
  • Certification in health and safety management is a plus
