Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in pipes, located in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients to determine their specific needs, providing expert technical support and solutions, and fostering strong client relationships. The Sales Engineer will also develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical aspects related to pipes and related products
  • Background in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Exceptional Communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying technical solutions to clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving product-related inquiries
  • Proficiency in identifying client needs and developing tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the industrial materials or construction industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic work conditions
