Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will engage with customers to identify their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and provide expert guidance. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, addressing inquiries, offering personalized insurance solutions, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role will also involve collaboration with other team members to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience or knowledge in Insurance and Finance
  • Proficient in Consulting and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Previous experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus
