Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motor Insurance Advisor, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Motor Insurance Advisor will provide expert consultation, assist clients in selecting suitable motor insurance products, and address client inquiries with professionalism. Responsibilities include providing personalized solutions, identifying customer needs, handling documentation processes, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Insurance, Finance, and Consulting to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Ability to provide guidance on motor insurance policies and assist with the documentation process
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
  • Previous experience in a related role is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
