Software & Applications Developer Engineer

Key Responsibilities:


•Enhance and maintain IVR, iAgent App, ticketing system, reports, etc.


•Analyze and implement software change requests (CRs).


•Design architecture for scalable and secure solutions.


•Develop Java-based CRs, reports, and system integrations.


•Customize reports and dashboards across platforms (Sprinklr, Globitel, Verint, NovelVox).


•Perform code reviews and manage source control.


•Provide UAT support, resolve bugs, and ensure post-deployment support.


•Collaborate with internal IT and vendors.


•Provide on-call support beyond working hours. Skills & Requirements:


•5+ years of development experience


•Strong Java, SQL Server/Oracle, and API integration experience.


•Hands-on with Cisco CC, Genesys, Sprinklr, Globitel, Verint, and NovelVox.


•Familiar with CI/CD, Git, and code quality standards.


•Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.


•Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field preferred.
