Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Mechanical site engineer. The
Mechanical engineer
will be responsible for creating accurate shop and architectural drawings, preparing detailed steel detailing models, and working on rebar and steel structures. The candidate will collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure the precision and adherence of designs to required specifications. Attention to detail, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of project requirements will be critical for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
    Engineering.
  • Proficiency in producing accurate Shop Drawings and Architectural Drawings for fabrication and construction purposes
  • Experience in Steel Detailing, including developing detailed models and plans
  • Strong knowledge of Rebar placement and detailing
  • Understanding and expertise in Steel Structures and their components
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and CAD tools
  • Strong analytical skills and precision in interpreting design specifications
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and construction teams
  • Relevant educational background in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the steel industry or construction is an advantage
