We are seeking a highly professional Office Manager
to support our executive operations and ensure smooth daily office functions.
Role Overview
The Office Manager will be a strong and leadership-oriented personality who will manage administrative operations, support executive leadership, and maintain a high-standard workplace environment suitable for government-level engagements. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and experienced in managing complex, fast-paced office settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional and secure working environment
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, events, and visits involving government officials and high-level partners
- Manage office supplies, vendors, facility maintenance, and service providers
- Serve as the central communication point between departments and subsidiaries
- Maintain confidential records, official documents, and digital filing systems
- Assist HR with onboarding, workspace setup, and employee coordination
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics for executives
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and data security practices
Candidate Profile
Due to the nature of our operations and partner requirements, we are seeking candidates who:
- Are Lebanese or Syrian nationals
- AND
- Are willing to relocate to Cairo
OR already reside in Egypt with valid residency/work authorization
This requirement supports language, cultural alignment, and strategic engagement with our clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or similar field
- 5-10 years of experience in office management or executive administration
- Experience in technology, e-payments, software, or government-related environments is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multi-sector environment
