Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General HR role. The General HR professional will handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and managing HR administrative processes. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role involves fostering a positive workplace environment while addressing employee needs and organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Familiarity with employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Experience with HR administrative processes, such as maintaining employee records and managing documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR systems and software tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment**
