Distance Studio Consultants (DSC)

DSC is expanding, and we're looking for a high-caliber Architecture Team Leader to join our growing Architecture Department. If you have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional design—this role is for you.

Role Overview

As an Architecture Team Leader at DSC, you will guide a talented team of architects, ensure high-quality design output, and coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams. You will work directly with the Head of Department and play a key role in shaping project outcomes from concept through execution.

What You'll Do


• Lead and mentor a sub-team of architects across all project stages


• Review and develop architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation


• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements


• Coordinate effectively with all disciplines to maintain technical accuracy


• Manage project timelines, workload distribution, and quality control


• Support senior management in design reviews, design development, and documentation processes

What You Bring


• 7+ years of experience in architectural design & project coordination


• Proven capability in leading design teams and managing deliverables


• Strong communication & multidisciplinary coordination skills


• Solid understanding of building codes, engineering standards, and design workflows


• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
