Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Product Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of automotive products. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research on automotive products and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

- Act as a product expert and provide guidance to customers and internal teams on product features, specifications, and usage

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend the best products to meet those needs

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

- Monitor product inventory and make recommendations for new products or changes to existing products based on market demand

- Conduct product trainings for internal teams to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products and can effectively communicate their features to customers

- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest products and technologies

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for our products

- Continuously analyze and evaluate product performance and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a product expert or similar role

- Strong knowledge of automotive products, including their features, specifications, and usage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and manufacturers

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
